Creating a Data-Driven Faculty Professional Development and Assessment Model

We will describe an integrated technology and faculty assessment ecosystem that enhances faculty performance, which in turn positively affects student outcomes. The construction of an interactive dashboard displays faculty performance indices relative to expected college standards. During individual faculty professional development sessions, goals and strategies for improvement are discussed.

Outcomes: Identify college specific faculty assessment needs * Inventory and consolidate select data into a format that is optimal for performance evaluation (i.e., text and graphics) * Apply best practices for college-specific faculty professional development
