Creating the STELAR Experience: University Center's Impact on Educational Transformation

Our institution created the STELAR (St. Thomas E-Learning and Research) Center to serve as the mechanism for driving innovative educational transformation across the university, including a broader adoption of online learning, the use of emerging technologies, and support for faculty research. We will detail the planning and implementation of the STELAR Center, along with our impact on the institution’s mission of teaching and learning, and research.
