Design and Early Experiences of a Project/Relationship Management Team

West Chester University is in the process of building a team to institute a project/relationship management practice. We will share the approach we took to develop a project management team and discuss how we collaborated with the leaders from Information Services & Technology (IS&T) and campus to establish project/relationship management processes.
