Join this workshop to focus on the human and technical aspects, considerations, and barriers when implementing an IT governance process. The IT governance process design must fit the organization, as well as the model, processes, and tools for portfolio and project management in order to support the governance process and successfully execute initiatives.

Outcomes: Understand considerations for, options for, and barriers to implementing ITG * Design IT governance to fit your organization * Identify strategies for ITG implementation including creating the business case for ITG and portfolio management
