More than ever, we know the importance of developing our staff, especially high potentials who may step into future leadership roles. We invite you to join us in a shared learning experience during which we will focus on usable approaches to staff development as a tool to keep the leadership pipeline flowing. We will touch on topics such as delivering feedback effectively, developing a talent management plan, and considering the strategic benefits of diverse and inclusive workplace environments.
