The ECM group will discuss potential webinar topics and outline plans to build member engagement at the annual conferences, virtually, and in web based events. Topics to consider include: ECM as a Platform, ECM & Document Management Staffing Models, etc. The goal is to walk away with ideas for one or two webinars for 2019, a pre-conference topic for 2019, and/or opportunities to meet as a community group while at other conferences throughout the year.
