This interactive workshop will demonstrate a proven process for establishing an IAM program and developing the artifacts and services necessary to execute successfully. The IAM program must be governed to deliver sustained and strategically aligned business outcome value.

Outcomes: Identify key stakeholders for IAM * Understand how to plan and structure a business-relevant, customer-focused, well-governed, fully integrated IAM program * Establish measurable output for the IAM program initiatives * Manage the priorities and trade-offs while in a state of transition/transformation of the IAM service in the organization
