Everyone is a Leader: Cost-effective Strategies for Staff Leadership Programs

The presenters will describe the leadership development program at York College of Pennsylvania, with particular focus on the fact that everyone (including non-managers) can develop leadership qualities. This can be accomplished inexpensively through selective use of outside resources and substantial use of internal expertise.
