Exploring Prospective Students’ Ideal Website Experience When Selecting Technical Universities

This session will present the findings of a 2018 study of incoming graduate students' perceptions of key features and benefits of competing academic programs and university websites. We will provide both a checklist/diagnostic of these as well as an overview of the methodology used for future tailored applications.
