Fostering Digital Transformation with an Open-Source/Proprietary Solution

We will present how the increasing demand for digital transformation with agile and customer-obsessed technology drove our interest to combine existing technology with open-source solutions in a large public university. The results of three experiences will be covered: electronic voting, a cloud orchestration platform, and IT service management.
