Help for the Help Desk: Using Student Workers in ITSM

Having a help desk staffed by students benefits not only the campus as a whole but also the students who work there. The Gorilla Geeks uses a tiered system for both supervision and support. Processes for hiring and training our student workers to service campus ensure quality support for our clients.
