Wednesday, October 31 | 4:15PM–5:00PM MT | Board 308, Poster Area, Exhibit Hall B-E
Session Type: Poster Session
California Polytechnic is first and foremost a teaching university. We are under way on a multiyear migration of our data center to AWS. In our effort to automate as much as possible, we discovered unexpected opportunities to provide cloud resources in the classroom that would directly benefit faculty and students.

Outcomes: Learn how to engage your campus community in thinking about technology resources differently and review course curriculum that lends itself to the flexibility of AWS * Translate infrastructure requirements into teaching and learning opportunities * Transform thinking about compute resources from enterprise IT to the campus classroom
