This session will cover strategies for automation that support institutional optimization, specifically robotic process automation (RPA) and traditional scripting. Presenters will explain the tools and methodologies, drawing on examples at Davidson College to demonstrate how automation plays a role in modernizing the enterprise and creating the space for more radical innovation.
