University of Wisconsin System developed a digital learning environment (DLE), and key to ensuring project success is rooted in deep, broad, and strategic stakeholder engagement. Development included an innovative and collaborative "workstream" approach to creating a fixed/flexible design model that ensures the DLE is standards-based, interoperable, accessible, and student-centered.
Outcomes: Realize the potential for IT and institutional stakeholder partnership * Identify opportunities for IT leaders to support teaching and learning * Recognize the value of formal project management to leadership
