Taxes, immigration, and national security dominated this year's policy headlines, but issues such as net neutrality, information security, and Higher Education Act reauthorization continue to raise concerns for colleges and universities. EDUCAUSE Policy staff will highlight federal policy developments impacting higher education IT and their likely directions in 2019.
