The University of Idaho reorganized ITS 1.5 years ago to improve customer service. This session will briefly discuss the before-and-after situation, focusing on how successful the reorganization has been, the challenges it has presented, and what we would do differently now.
Outcomes: Understand the impact of a major reorganization * Appreciate the personnel and personal impacts of reorganization * Review how we would have done things differently to help others avoid some of our challenges
