Knowledge-centered service is widely recognized as a best practice. Still, the idea of writing everything down can seem overwhelming or threatening. We will share practical advice for incrementally deploying knowledge management practices, discuss common barriers to adoption, and identify the value these practices bring in performance metrics as well as intangible results.

Outcomes: Explore the principles of knowledge centered service (KCS) * Apply practical techniques to implement the "solve" and "evolve" directions of the KCS wheel * Plan for how you'll use KCS to complement your ITSM processes, IT architecture, project management, and knowledge management practices
