Knowledge Nodes: The Educator-Led Creation of an Integrated Adaptive Curriculum

ASU and CogBooks are developing a first of its kind integrated adaptive curriculum in undergraduate biology. This project will create an adaptable teaching environment for faculty. Students will benefit from personalized lessons throughout the curriculum that will not be constrained by a specific course or textbook.

Outcomes: 1. Identify ways in which their institution can implement adaptive learning to improve student success and retention. 2. Understand how to personalize instruction and the delivery of content at scale to increase access. 3. Participate in a large scale research project in higher education seeking to improve graduation rates.
