What can a board game teach you about project management? Join us and play to find out. Can you collaborate, negotiate, and manage your team to success? This workshop requires teams to solve a difficult project management puzzle as you navigate the pitfalls of a cross-country road trip.

Outcomes: Establish a shared vision of objectives and expectations * Strategize using limited resources to achieve the goals * Manage and negotiate to mitigate project risks * Apply in-game concepts to real-world project management scenarios
