Libraries are shifting many of their fundamental processes to better engage with the changing information and technology needs of our institutions and to better reflect and draw upon the makeup of the populations we serve. These shifts are enacted via new organizational models, more inclusive planning, and future-thinking philosophies.

Outcomes: Explore approaches to better tapping individuals' complete identities to more fully contribute to institutional success * Learn about models for cross-campus collaboration that allow libraries to better serve the changing needs of the institutions they serve * Identify ways technology can serve as a bridge between these efforts going forward
