We will explore the development and implementation of a new student onboarding experience designed to better engage incoming students and prepare them for their first semester and beyond. Technology integration, resource allocation, process improvement, and student perspectives will be highlighted.

Outcomes: Identify opportunities for increasing new-student engagement and preparedness * Understand the resources needed to implement a technology-enhanced student experience * Consider the value added and challenges of redeveloping new-student processes for leadership and staff
