This session shares the experiences of a cross-functional team tasked with implementing a digital materials initiative designed to reduce the financial burden associated with rising textbook costs as part of a university-wide budget reduction response to significant state appropriation reductions. Team members will share an emerging model for an OER (open educational resources) implementation.
