Replacing Antivirus Software from Symantec with TrendMicro

We had been using Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) for our formal antivirus software since 2007. When Symantec suddenly declared to quit supplying SEP in June 2017, we started the replacement operation from SEP to TrendMicro in December 2017 for 28,000 persons. In this session, we will describe what we did and how we managed.
