Storytelling and Elves: Faculty Development Through a Gamified Advent Calendar

We used the Digital Advent Calendar format to present 24 different (action learning) teaching experiments all using different learning technologies. Faculty members experimented with different technology and technology-enhanced methods and, at the end of the term, we had them share their experiences focusing on why and how via a Digital Advent Calendar.
