This workshop will focus on the convergence of student success and IT, and how to effectively managing these important and increasingly complex initiatives from the perspectives of institutional administrators and CIOs. By interacting with the presenters and with other attendees, you'll leave this workshop with strategies for moving your projects forward.

Outcomes: Construct a typology of student success initiatives and assess your institution's development * Articulate best practices for managing student success technology initiatives, including vendor risk and metric management * Learn about workflows, assessments, and procurement processes required to move student success technology programs forward
