Campus and System IT organizations spend a great deal of time cooperating with each other and the departments they serve, not necessarily collaborating on innovative solutions to IT challenges. The unseen forces that keep us from collaborating include fear of failure, lack of candor, and unwillingness to put individual needs aside.
