To create sustained large-scale, technology-guided teaching and learning changes, strong partnerships across and within institutions must be developed. This session will explore the partnership successes and challenges at Colorado State University associated with the implementation of the institution-focused grant program for accelerating adoption of adaptive courseware at public universities.

Outcomes: Identify the steps related to gaining support from stakeholders across campus and institutions related to a university-wide initiative * Develop strategies to kick-start support * Determine how the lessons learned from the PLC-CSU collaboration can be applied to initiatives at your institution
