User Experience and Service Design Practice Community Group Session (open to all)

Join our roundtable discussion of the present and future of our CG group. We will be reviewing the results of the CG member survey, introducing a plan for increased member participation, and soliciting member input for increased member engagement. In addition, the session will conclude with discussion of two to three current UX issues to be determined by the membership in an online poll prior to the conference.
