Session Type: Breakout Session
Delivery Format: Interactive Presentation
Aspiring to a leadership role at any level means also aspiring to do good work for the organization you serve. This panel will share how three (female) CIOs think beyond developing a checklist of "stuff" to get done, to leading and appreciating a bigger set of accomplishments.

Outcomes: Reduce anxiety about imposter syndrome * Broaden your sense of accomplishment to include a revised definition of "stuff" and a more charitable definition of "done" * Learn strategies to employ and pitfalls to avoid when leading teams toward a goal, including communicating newly defined accomplishments to your institutional community and beyond
