While facing an insurmountable backlog of over 120 projects fueled by the lack of a project management toolset and intake processes, Yeshiva University partnered with Ellucian Technology Management to establish a formal governance structure and implement the Project and Portfolio Suite from ServiceNow, linking IT governance with project management.
