The Women in IT Networking at SC (WINS) is a program funded by NSF and DOE developed to address the prevalent gender gap that exists in information technology. We will provide a program overview, review results and impact, and identify steps individual institutions can take to address the gender gap.

Outcomes: Raise awareness of the gender gap in IT *Identify opportunities for addressing the IT gender gap, including the WINS program * Get ideas for developing and supporting mentoring and professional development activities to reduce the IT gender gap at your organization
