The panel comprises five experienced women CIOs who will share their advice, offer strategies to overcome challenges, and discuss the importance of having a diverse IT leadership team. The panelists will address how to increase the number of women in IT leadership roles and encourage greater diversity in the C-suite.

Outcomes: Self-reflect on your own career leadership goals, including potentially the CIO role * Understand why diverse leadership teams are important in IT * Realize that there is no "correct" pathway to becoming a CIO—all are welcome!
