Students will be in teams 72% of their working lives, yet they are in teams only 17% of their education careers. Teachers hate group projects more than students do. Everyone assumes graduates will just "know" how to do it. It's time to look hard at what could/should be social learning.
Outcomes: Access commercial and OER tools to guide the team process for student work * Engage in exercises designed to illustrate current team shortcomings as well as potential team wins * Be able to create a dynamic, realistic (authentic) team experience
