At our institution, surveys are a key tool for gathering generalizable insights across a large campus, but survey fatigue and declining response rates present ongoing challenges. In this session, we will share innovative strategies for survey creation, administration, and reporting that center the voices of students and instructors. Rather than focus solely on increasing response rates, we also examine non-response bias, topic relevance, and how to interpret results responsibly.
