This interactive, half-day workshop will provide higher education technology leaders and professionals with practical strategies for fostering strong workplace cultures where team members feel connected, valued, and empowered. Participants will explore approaches to designing programs that support employee engagement, early career development, and sustained professional growth, ultimately contributing to more cohesive and resilient tech teams.
Outcomes of this workshop:
- Develop a clear understanding of how strong workplace cultures contribute to team success.
- Explore frameworks for designing mentorship programs and early career initiatives.
- Learn strategies for building sustainable inclusion and engagement practices.
- Create an action plan tailored to their institutional context.
