Cultivating Belonging: Designing Programs that Foster Strong Workplace Cultures (separate registration is required)
This interactive, half-day workshop will provide higher education technology leaders and professionals with practical strategies for fostering strong workplace cultures where team members feel connected, valued, and empowered. Participants will explore approaches to designing programs that support employee engagement, early career development, and sustained professional growth, ultimately contributing to more cohesive and resilient tech teams.
