Outdated systems and manual processes can hinder student and staff experiences, increase administrative burdens, and stall institutional agility. This session shares how one university successfully replaced several high-maintenance and end-of-life legacy platforms with a centralized, cloud-based document management solution integrated with HCM, SIS, and CRM systems. The project included the migration of over 8 million documents and consolidation of more than 10 separate forms into efficient “super forms.” Attendees will walk away with a practical roadmap for achieving digital transformation at scale—grounded in real results, strategic integrations, and sustainable in-house development. Attendees will leave with practical insights into leading a scalable digital transformation that improves both operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
