How do you move from isolated data tools to an empowered, data-informed culture across campus? In this session, we’ll share how our institution redesigned its data strategy through three key components: modernizing the technology infrastructure, creating accessible data experiences through self-service analytics, and fostering campus-wide engagement. We’ll explore how these elements work together to elevate data use from technical function to strategic asset. Attendees will leave with actionable ideas to increase trust in data, improve reporting access, and spark cultural change—regardless of institution size or maturity. Through real-world examples, interactive discussion, and peer insights, this session highlights how to turn aspirational goals into practical, replicable progress.
