This poster presents results from three coordinated AI perception surveys (faculty, staff, students) at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and the subsequent institutional response. Survey findings highlighted both enthusiasm and concern around AI use in pedagogy, administration, and student learning. The university used these insights to update current policies, continue a series of professional development workshops, promote faculty learning communities, and seek feedback from an AI advisory council. The poster includes key data visuals, survey design tips, and templates for replication.
