As AI transforms higher education, Lipscomb University launched a values-based “Fear to Flourishing” model to equip faculty and students to lead with clarity, competence, and ethical purpose. This session shares our multiphase strategy that spans guiding principles and faculty training to shared governance and student literacy, all implemented with resource-conscious investment. Participants will explore how Lipscomb’s cross-functional, mission-aligned approach builds AI fluency across campus and fosters transformation through faculty empowerment, organizational adaptation, and meaningful community engagement.
