Helen Norris is the recently retired CIO at Chapman University and an active member of the EDUCAUSE community. In Helen’s session, she will use stories from her time in IT leadership at UC Berkeley; California State University, Sacramento; and Chapman University to share leadership lessons, with a liberal dose of her trademark Irish sense of humor. Her goals for the session are for people reflect on their own leadership styles and for everyone to share a few giggles.
