Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster
Resistance is a natural part of change, but it doesn’t have to be a roadblock. In today’s higher ed IT landscape, where burnout and complexity are high, leaders need new tools to build trust and navigate resistance with empathy. This session offers a human-centered framework for turning resistance into resilience. Participants will learn how to reframe resistance as feedback, engage stakeholders through inclusive strategies, and foster resilience on their teams. Through real-world examples and hands-on tools, they’ll leave with fresh strategies to lead change that sticks.
