What if the people you need are already doing the work—just separately, inefficiently, and invisibly? This session tells the story of how one school uncovered overlapping support roles and transformed them into a unified, intentional, and highly functional team. By realigning efforts, we reduced inefficiencies while also building healthy redundancy—ensuring that no single person was solely responsible for critical tasks. Attendees will learn how thoughtful restructuring can improve outcomes, increase resilience, and reveal untapped potential in their existing people and processes.
