We will discuss information about our community group and the types of content we provide, from the connect platform to webinars and regular virtual open house sessions via Zoom. The majority of the session will provide opportunity for the people in attendance to discuss the service management topics on their minds, including generative AI in service management, asset and inventory management, enterprise service management, and platform deployments, among many others.
