As generative AI becomes a fixture in students’ academic lives, many undergraduates are quietly transforming how they study, write, and engage with course content. Based on in-depth interviews with 13 college students, this session explores how learners are using tools like ChatGPT not just to complete assignments, but to rethink their entire learning process. Join me to hear student-driven insights, examine real examples of AI-enhanced learning, and consider how teaching practices and course design can evolve to better align with these emerging behaviors.
