What might make it easier for instructors and students to step away from the projector screen and outside the classroom for fully immersive, experiential learning? As institutional priorities shift toward flexibility, engagement, and equity, IT leaders must understand the real-world friction points in extended learning environments. Through storytelling, collaborative digital tools, and a solution-focused jigsaw discussion, participants will share experiences, identify common obstacles, and walk away with practical strategies and mindset shifts for more active, flexible learning environments.
