Whether your title includes change management or not, if you're involved in supporting people through change, this session is for you. Join the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Community Group for an open house and networking session where we'll share ideas, challenges, and practices around driving successful change in higher education. This is an informal opportunity to meet others who care about how change is introduced and adopted—whether through new systems, improved processes, or broader transformation initiatives. Bring your questions, your experience, or just your curiosity. You’ll leave with new connections and fresh perspectives to support your work back on campus.
