This session will highlight how the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) is utilizing software to improve space management for UTSA Tech Solutions. The project takes a dynamic, data-driven approach to better understand and optimize the use of campus facilities. By incorporating this software, we’re able to visualize our space management while ensuring compliance with higher education regulations and policies. This approach not only makes the best use of available resources but also fosters better decision-making, leading to improved operational efficiency and long-term planning across the university.
