Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster
How do you move 26 colleges and 7 universities from legacy systems to a modern, integrated ERP, all while closing educational equity gaps? Welcome to NextGen, Minnesota State's bold, multiyear initiative to modernize its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with Workday for Human Resources, Finance, and Student operations. This session will explore how Minnesota State is harnessing the power of technology to support its system-wide Equity 2030 goals: eliminating educational equity gaps by race, socioeconomic status, and geographic location by the year 2030. Through intentional alignment of ERP design, governance, and implementation strategies with its equity commitments, Minnesota State is not just adopting a new platform, it’s reshaping how it serves students, supports employees, and empowers decision-makers.
