Implementing significant IT change often requires grappling with budgetary constraints and encountering user resistance rooted in perceived inconvenience, lack of immediate or tangible benefit, and anxiety over the unknown. This session will explore a challenging real-world case study: the implementation of a university system-wide cybersecurity mandate where a modified Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework was developed and deployed leveraging existing resources.
