One of the most used resources in the EDUCAUSE repository, The Higher Education IT Service Catalog: A Working Model for Comparison and Collaboration, Second Edition, is getting updated! The long-awaited update to this seminal work is long overdue and generating a good deal of excitement in the IT Service Management Community  .Members of the Service Model paper revision working group will present their work, including an overview of numerous listening sessions, community feedback and, of course, a sneak preview of what’s coming in version 3! Have you used the EDUCAUSE Service Model version 2 paper to build your service catalog and found it lacking or just outdated? You won’t want to miss this session! Be the first to hear about what’s on the horizon and ask questions or provide feedback directly to the version three authors. We’d love to hear your feedback!
